Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you are not happy, simply return your purchase to us within 10 days for a full refund.

Returns must have a Return Authorization Number and must be made (postmarked) within 10 days of the date we ship to you. For returns postmarked after 10 days and before 20 days, we are happy to issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 20 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping is not refundable.

You must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Once you receive the RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense. Please note that we may not be able to exchange certain items since many of our products are one-of-a-kind. However, in the case of damaged items, you will receive store credit after we receive your return.

Notice: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it is calculated from the date it is shipped. (You are Not Authorized to use our shipping #)

Very Important: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#).

UNWANTED PRODUCTS:

Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

REFUSED DELIVERY:

Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to us, credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Any item that has been used or worn.
Any item that is not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged, torn or is missing parts.

Returning a gift:

If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from longshiptradegoods.com, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
